Technology Help Desk

The Technology Help Desk, also known as Computing Services and Systems Development (CSSD), is the central IT organization for the University of Pittsburgh. CSSD provides innovative information technology services to support learning, teaching, research, and business functions. For incoming students, CSSD may help troubleshoot any issues related to Pitt Passport (my.pitt.edu) account activation and email and on student-targeted software initiatives. Students may contact CSSD by telephone, Live Chat or email, 24 hours, 7 days a week.
