I had to take five classes in order to meet the requirements of my home university which gave me quite some workload but still enough spare time to discover the fascinating town of Pittsburgh which offers way more than one might expect looking at simple facts. Also, I traveled a lot during my stay.

Pitt’s communication with the exchange students before, during and after the stay was excellent. We always had someone to turn to with our questions and since every month a casual meeting with the exchange students was organized, I felt very welcome and appreciated. Thus, making friends was not a problem.
